Everything was absolutely perfect! The whole atmosphere was completely insane, it was the highlight of our holiday. We would definitely come back just for the spa. The facilities were amazing, it was so lovely to relax. It's a shame the massages sold out so quickly but we were so happy with how extensive the itinerary was and all the different activities offered that it really made up for missing a massive slot!

The hot springs are amazing! My friends and I had an unforgettable day in all three areas, which we recommend to visit. Also, great place to celebrate the bachelorette party between relaxation, music and fun. Absolutely recommended!

We had a great time at Therme in Bucharest (spending 11 hours there in total). From the food and drink to the saunas and relaxing areas, we loved it! The only downside was the fact we didn't make it in time to reserve a treatment slot (even though we joined the queue by 10:30). I would advise to get there early if you really want a massage! We went on a Thursday in May half term and, although busy, wasn't overcrowded - didn't really have to queue or wait for anything. I would definitely recommend going on a week day if you can. All in all, we had a fantastic experience and would recommend to anyone.

It was an incredible experience despite only being able to access the Galaxy area because the other two areas were under renovation, but it really surprised me positively because not only has the great slides for fun, but also has an outdoor pool with hot water and indoor heated pool where you can order a drink and take it comfortably in the water on the tables installed for it. I must also highlight the good organization and operation of the restaurants and of course the quality of their meals. An unforgettable day and I recommend a visit to anyone who travels to Bucharest.

Very large and impressive spa. Apart from a problem in access due to a blockage in the computer system due to which they couldn't activate our tickets so we were being sent home, the rest all very nice and relaxing. I recommend adding a decent bubble bath in the showers (there was a dispenser with hand soap basically) and shampoo so that we don't have to bring everything from home.

It was a great location and would have been a great experience, except that the published opening times (2pm on Easter Sunday) was not actually on the ticket. The ticket said from 9am. Consequently we did not really have enough time to enjoy the experience as we had to catch a flight. Had the opening time been made clear when we booked the ticket we probably would not have spent the money on it.

The Bucharest Thermal Baths is a unique space, very spacious, with large pools surrounded by palm trees that give it a very special atmosphere, as well as outdoor pools, massage area, sauna, bar .... Therme is a fun place to be with older children. I was there with my two boys one of which is under 3, so not much I could do. They can't go on the slides. The place is quite packed even in the middle of the week. We were still able to find a sofa and the pool was ok. I can't imagine what it would be like on the weekend. The checkin and checkout process is fully automated and painless.

Everything perfect except: 1) Many persons were not following the rules meaning not taking a shower before entering the pool and using flip flops 2) In the Palm swimming pool babies were swimming with their parents which is not allowed for children under 14 yers old (should swin in the Galaxy pool) 3) The food could be mush better.

I was scammed! I had my own car and I kept calling the number i was given to let the guide know that i am taking my own car to Therme no answers i kept calling for 3 days. 5,000 storage cabinets impressed us. We found knowledgeable young people to always point us to what we needed. Architecture of the facility superb! Water pleasantly not cold. Food in the restaurant with international cuisine excellent. Quiet and polite public. I purchased a 54€ per person ticket that included admission to all three areas. Since I paid for the higher range I also thought there was no time limit. On the official website of the spa, the cost of the ticket that includes the 3 areas and unlimited time is 34€. I purchased this simply because it guaranteed me transportation. Instead I was cheated because it was for a 4-hour duration and I did not have access to one of the areas. NOT RECOMMENDED

Everything was absolutely perfect! The whole atmosphere was completely insane, it was the highlight of our holiday. We would definitely come back just for the spa. The facilities were amazing, it was so lovely to relax. It's a shame the massages sold out so quickly but we were so happy with how extensive the itinerary was and all the different activities offered that it really made up for missing a massive slot!

Peak season vs off-peak season
- Weather-wise, the summer months from June to August are the best to enjoy the thermal pools and water activities at Therme Bucharest. But these months are also the most crowded as this is the peak season and the city receives a large influx of tourists.
- The optimal time to visit the spa is during the off-peak season months of April to May and September to October. While the weather is cooler in spring and autumn, all the thermal pools at the facility are maintained at 33°C throughout the year, allowing you to enjoy them throughout the year. It is also less crowded as compared to the peak summer season.
- The low season winter months from November to March are the quietest time of the year at Therme Bucharest. With many of its key facilities being indoors, this is an ideal time to visit for a crowd-free experience.
- The Galaxy and the Palm zones of Therme Bucharest are on level 0 and are accessible for wheelchair users.
- Level 0 also has designated washrooms in the Galaxy and Palm areas for wheelchair users, those with mobility issues, and those requiring disability support.
