Everything was absolutely perfect! The whole atmosphere was completely insane, it was the highlight of our holiday. We would definitely come back just for the spa. The facilities were amazing, it was so lovely to relax. It's a shame the massages sold out so quickly but we were so happy with how extensive the itinerary was and all the different activities offered that it really made up for missing a massive slot!

This place is so under rated, there's nothing more we could have asked for, all the details are so thought through, it is everything & more! Having a badge that gives you access to alocker, foid, tea & coffee. Me & my sister visited from London, to see this place & it excelled our expectations. I spent half my time there looking for anything that available to use or even somewhere to sit. All the saunas and relaxation beds were constantly in use or overcrowded. The loungers were mainly empty but covered with people's stuff so unavailable. Not relaxing or remotely enjoyable trudging around trying to find something unless outside which was too cold in March. Lovely place but disorganised and unwelcoming. Enjoyed the last few hours before flight as it was a bit emptier.

It was an incredible experience despite only being able to access the Galaxy area because the other two areas were under renovation, but it really surprised me positively because not only has the great slides for fun, but also has an outdoor pool with hot water and indoor heated pool where you can order a drink and take it comfortably in the water on the tables installed for it. I must also highlight the good organization and operation of the restaurants and of course the quality of their meals. An unforgettable day and I recommend a visit to anyone who travels to Bucharest.

It was a great location and would have been a great experience, except that the published opening times (2pm on Easter Sunday) was not actually on the ticket. The ticket said from 9am. Consequently we did not really have enough time to enjoy the experience as we had to catch a flight. Had the opening time been made clear when we booked the ticket we probably would not have spent the money on it.

The Bucharest Thermal Baths is a unique space, very spacious, with large pools surrounded by palm trees that give it a very special atmosphere, as well as outdoor pools, massage area, sauna, bar .... In addition, with the basic ticket you can also access the water park, which has numerous slides for both adults and children. Therme is a fun place to be with older children. I was there with my two boys one of which is under 3, so not much I could do. They can't go on the slides. The place is quite packed even in the middle of the week. We were still able to find a sofa and the pool was ok. I can't imagine what it would be like on the weekend. The checkin and checkout process is fully automated and painless.

The tickets process was so easy, only slight grip was the admin fee on each ticket as I brought as a group I expected just one charge not on each. But Netherlands it didn't spoil the trip. The wrist strap great idea and so easy to pop drinks and food in and to let you I to the zones. The food was amazing, the drinks such great choices, the spa was busy but we still managed to do everything other than the infant red beds but we were happy. Checking out was easy. Signs for toilet would be great as we got dressed needed to go but you cannot go to nearest one dressed so had to checkout and dash to the toilets in the foyer!!!! Recommend to anyone x

I was scammed! I had my own car and I kept calling the number i was given to let the guide know that i am taking my own car to Therme no answers i kept calling for 3 days. When i arrived I showed them the bar code i had for the ticket and they told me it wasnt the right one i tried to find my tickets from the webside I couldn't find them. I had to pay and purchase another tickets. I want my money back ASAP

The place is huge. Well organized but worth in our opinion an afternoon (no more) As for transfers, we paid for two tickets that, according to the advertisement, included pick-up at the place where we were. However, we were told to move by whatsapp at a pick-up point . When I contacted support, I was told that they would call the company for transportation, but the situation did not change.

5,000 storage cabinets impressed us. We found knowledgeable young people to always point us to what we needed. Architecture of the facility superb! Water pleasantly not cold. Food in the restaurant with international cuisine excellent. Quiet and polite public. I purchased a 54€ per person ticket that included admission to all three areas. Since I paid for the higher range I also thought there was no time limit. On the official website of the spa, the cost of the ticket that includes the 3 areas and unlimited time is 34€. I purchased this simply because it guaranteed me transportation. Instead I was cheated because it was for a 4-hour duration and I did not have access to one of the areas. NOT RECOMMENDED

Everything was absolutely perfect! The whole atmosphere was completely insane, it was the highlight of our holiday. We would definitely come back just for the spa. The facilities were amazing, it was so lovely to relax. It's a shame the massages sold out so quickly but we were so happy with how extensive the itinerary was and all the different activities offered that it really made up for missing a massive slot!

It was a great location and would have been a great experience, except that the published opening times (2pm on Easter Sunday) was not actually on the ticket. The ticket said from 9am. Consequently we did not really have enough time to enjoy the experience as we had to catch a flight. Had the opening time been made clear when we booked the ticket we probably would not have spent the money on it.

- Weather-wise, the summer months from June to August are the best to enjoy the thermal pools and water activities at Therme Bucharest. But these months are also the most crowded as this is the peak season and the city receives a large influx of tourists.

While the weather is cooler in spring and autumn, all the thermal pools at the facility are maintained at 33°C throughout the year, allowing you to enjoy them throughout the year. It is also less crowded as compared to the peak summer season.
- The low season winter months from November to March are the quietest time of the year at Therme Bucharest. With many of its key facilities being indoors, this is an ideal time to visit for a crowd-free experience.
