The content of the audio guide did not correspond to the tour inside the castle. In fact, it referred to the more general context of the castle. Had I known this, I would not have purchased it.

The venue is pretty, but not worth the effort to walk there on a super hot day. This trip just gets you into the standard, regular group tour and there we're about 50 people in the group- so not a small group with a separate tour guide, which is what I expected.

Impeccable organization right from the meeting point at the agency. Professional and friendly guide. The tour lasts more or less an hour, but we would have stayed hours listening to her. Even my children (ages 9 and 11) were won over and intrigued by the guide. Highly recommended!

The actual tour with guide. Sometimes difficult to hear and follow but it was a nice experience. The areas we were shown were amazing and interesting. Enjoyed hearing about the history and description of each room and staircase we visited. Part of the reason for not achieving "amazing" had more to do with the tour company instructions for preparing to visit the Parliament. We experienced difficulty understanding tour company guidance on what was acceptable to take through security and where to leave personal belongings if you chose not to bring on the tour.

The guide, his knowledge, his humor and his good humor, but no time to look, the rate of speech is too fast, you go from one room to another without having time to look, to stroll! And no chance to stroll around after the guided tour. I wanted to take an audio guide in French, but the CT&T agent told me it wasn't possible, for what reasons? No explanation from him.

The tour was great and very well organized. I loved the guide, I think his name was Francisc or similar. He was born for that job, such an intelligent, funny and kind young man.

Very special to see this immense building inside. Too bad the guide was so hard to understand. This was mainly due to the echo in the halls.

The Palace of Parliament is an incredible structure, and we really appreciated our guide! She gave us historical highlights, showed us different rooms and explained their functions, and helped us understand a bit more about Bucharest. We appreciated how easily it was to book the experience, how efficient the process, and how helpful the staff was. I highly recommend them if you're looking for a great experience while visiting Belgrade!

The tourguide only brought us in the building, after which another guide took us on a tour through the building. She seemed inexperienced, barely knowing any detail of the rooms we were in. The tour lasted for only 45 minutes, which was shorter than I expected, but it felt like relief when we left due to our tour guide.

The guide was very good and the tour interesting. Perhaps it should be specified that the government chambers (house and senate) are not included in the tours and therefore unfortunately not visited by tourists.

The audio guide focuses much more on the history of Vlad the Impaler than on the history of the castle.

The audio guide does not dwell on the castle but wastes time telling the myth of Dracula. While related it would have been helpful if the audio guide told the various rooms and the story behind them

I do not recommend it at all, I did not use it and I had to buy the tickets again at the box office.

lol. got the audio tour from these guys thinking it would explain the various rooms/castle areas we were in and associated history. What u get is pretty much someone reading the vlad the impaler Wikipedia site over 15 parts

Wrong ticket. When I got there I had to buy a ticket because my online purchase on this platform only included the audio-guide. Then, as I began the tour, I was told that the audio-guide was not available and that my ticket had not been purchased on the official website, and was therefore invalid.

It was challenging as the guide did not speak fluent english and the history of the castle felt a little rushed and boring. Not worth the price.

An amusing and informative guide (Serbian Diaca) led us around these popular attractions telling us much of the backstory and giving us real insights! He really looked after us and we got to understand the history and royal connections.

The bus was in very bad condition, air condition not working properly! The city stop was not needed and long lines at the first stop. The guide Roxana was excellent by the way 💪💪💪💪

Awful tour. I researched and found a minibus tour. The minibus tour included 40/50 people. We also paid the English tax of three extra euro for the tour to be 75% Italian. Many paragraphs of Italian information translated to two sentences in English. I could of learnt more from information displays in the castles, if we had time to read them. Her English was awful. Our tour guide's favourite words were "let's go". The castles and town of Brasov was beautiful and worth seeing, but find the cheapest tour possible as more than likely it's the same bus.

The guide "Tudor" was great and had so much knowledge about every sight visited. Also we had a issue with the hop-on service at the hotel that we couldn't solve with the chat bot. We called the support and were able to resolve the issue within 2 minutes and were even fetched from a hotel that was not on the list but on the way. Great service! The sights themselves were also great (as you can assume they were completely overrun by tourists) and if you are interested in in the castles, village and some background info about Romania's history --> big recommendation.

It should be noted that we booked the tour for a group of 18 participants. The experience overall went well and the visit to the castles is really worth the excursion. However despite the fact that we had booked a tour at 7.30 a.m. with pickup at our hotel the day before at 6 p.m. we got an automated message to report at 6.45 a.m. to the bus departure at University Square, this meant leaving the hotel at 6.00 a.m.! Upon reading the message we immediately contacted the guide who at our insistence managed to convince the driver to come by our hotel at 7.15 am. The visit to the castles went well although we all would have preferred not to waste time at Bran Castle and spend more time visiting Brasov where we stayed a total of 40 minutes. Too bad!

Our guide for Peles Castle was very knowledgable and gave us an interesting and enjoyable experience. She was also local to the area which was great. Her English was excellent. Ticketing process and meet up was easy.

We had one of the best tour guides ever. She was so sweet, full of information, and tried to guide us through as much as possible in terms of history, architecture, culture, etc. We had a great time despite the bad weather! The only problem that we had with the tour is that it wasn't a "Skip-the-line" ticket - we had to be at the queue and wait for about 25 minutes for the huge groups to pass inside.

The process is easy. Irina, my guide, is personable, pleasant, and extremely knowledable about the Castle. In addition you could tell she is passonate about her job. That rubs off. This was the first guided tour I've ever taken and this experience has sold me. Highly recommend this tour.

Our guide contacted us prior to our arrival at Pele's Castle, ckarified our meeting point and near by parking opportunities. When we arrived she was at the meeting point and ready to go. Very informative and full of local stories to enhance the history surrounding the castle's owners, occupants and meaning within local culture. Would definitely recommend Head Out tours for Pele's Castle.

The information provided before the tour through whatsapp assistance was all inaccurate! The guide who accompanied us unprepared and unengaging! There is definitely much to improve.

The tour was well organized, and the guide spoke very understandable English, even for French people like me who don't speak English very well. The driver is a very good driver. As far as the visits are concerned, the Château de Pelés is a must. It's magnificent! Bran Castle is not extraordinary, but we were happy to see it. Not much information on the Dracula legend. Brasov is a very large city where we had 1h15 in the very pretty pedestrian center to visit or eat around 16h15. Bring a picnic to nibble on in the bus.

I would not recommend buying tickets through any application because when you arrive you can buy them without any problem, they are guided towers and much cheaper. I could not enter with the purchased tickets because I was 20 minutes late, because I got lost at the entrance. Finally I bought again at the reception

A well organised tour. I put the coordinates sent into my map which made it easy to find. The guide was very knowledgeable and informative. We saw enough to get a good idea of the scale of the building. The tour was not rushed.

We had some trouble finding the meeting point .But the palace was enermous.I loved it but the fact that we seen only 3% of the building is crazy and i wana see more.The tour guide Cristian was great.

explanations and humor of guide

The building was magnificent and it was so interesting to hear of it's history. However, we arrived nearly 40 minutes early and found it extremely difficult to find the right gate to enter. We couldn't find any clear signage. Other travellers might have similar challenges.

First issue. On the Palace of Parliament website states clearly that you have to call them to confirm your spot in any case. You take care of this but it was nowhere stated, and I was calling them and they were sending me back to you. Second issue. Your instructions clearly said to use the EAST entrance and I was sent to the back entrance. I could use the right entrance to go at the back of the building as well but it wasn't stated so I had to walk 30 more minutes and almost lost my booking. In both cases you need to provide correct and up to date information.

We really enjoyed the tour of the Palace. The tour guide was interesting and informative with lots of facts and figures about the palace. She spoke good English and ensured she answered all our questions. The only downside is the meeting point, there is no signage and looks the same as the many other entrances. We were nearly late. The meeting point is to the right as you are looking at the 'Visitor Entrance' perhaps 20m away. There was a round blue sign saying B3.

The tour was quite interesting. The meeting point was hard to find. "Left" side of the building is very unclear. We had to queue for quite a long time in the heat for security and this was quite disorganised with no feedback from guide. It was really hot, some water should have been provided.

The fact that it was the Senate guided tour and not the Chamber of Deputy tour was not made precise in the booking process. The latter is more interesting.
